The privacy and security of your health information is very important to us. We will protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Our Patient Portal secures the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. All communications occur over a secure connection. Please review our Notice of Privacy Practices for details as to how we use and protect your confidential information.
The online payment function provided in the portal adheres to PCI Compliance guidelines, thereby providing some level of security for transmitted transactions and transaction data. These provisions protect your financial information, but should not be considered perfect. Some amount of risk remains and you, the owner of the financial data and user of the portal, assume that risk.
The Portal may currently or in the future be expanded to allow the following services:
The Portal should never be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office (360)456-1600, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances. The Portal is not a substitute for appropriate and timely contact with your provider.
You control your login name and password. It is critical that you keep this information completely confidential. It is your responsibility to prevent disclosure of your login and password, and to change your password if its security may have been compromised.
We recommend that you log out of the Portal if you need to leave your computer or device for any amount of time. Your Portal session will automatically expire if you remain on the same page for five (5) minutes, unless you have deliberately chosen to keep your portal session open indefinitely.
We recommend that you not access the Portal from a public computer. Doing so creates a risk that cached copies of the pages you visit could be viewed after you have left, even if you properly logged out of the Portal.
